Seriously had to resist temptation at lunch today, I am really craving carbs. I had to make a choice, pizza for lunch with a heaping side of guilt and fat shaming or a bottle of water and hunger pangs. I know I will be thankful I was strong today, but right now I am just bummed I couldn't eat the pizza I was craving.
Be strong and continue to resist what your body is telling you it really, really wants.
