Something new

Last night was absolutely phenomenal! I danced to almost every song and I had so much fun with my friends it's been too long. No drama running into AP, quite the opposite; looked happy and in love and isn't that what we all want for the people we once cared for? I laughed relaxed and I really didn't want the night to end. Baker Street tonight!

eBook addiction

My sister from another mister, Ang sent me the BEST Valentine's Day gift ever!  I got an email saying "Your Bestie has sent you an Amazon gift certificate, click here to redeem"!  I had JUST finished book 2 of 4 currently released in my Premonition Series by Amy A. Bartol and was of course going to buy books 3 and 4 at some point this weekend because that is ALL I want to do this weekend, get off my knee and read, but there are some parties I am supposed to attend if I can tear myself away from this addictive series I'll go.  It's just that I sit there on my couch and look out at my stunning view of the city and I have my adult beverage and my book and my cats and I am so relaxed and content that I'm like "why bother when I have everything I need right here"?  Anyway I am looking forward to this weekend and sleeping in because I can actually do that now in my bed that is so comfy I haven't seen 3 a.m. in since I bought it and I am LOVING that!

Amy A. Bartol

I just met the characters Evie and Reed that Amy A. Bartol created less than 24 hours ago, and I am back at work and just bought book two.  I was just telling a coworker that this book is now vying for second place on my favorite books list (after Pride and Prejudice).  I want to scream from the rooftops "Read The Premonition Series"!  There were a couple of typos but none that slow down the read, and if it wasn't for working my shift I'd have finished it in a few hours it was THAT good!  I am 38 3/4, and I was HOOKED on these characters!  No sappy nonsense, just hot, hot, passionate, intense heat.  Like in Pride and Prejudice it's more in what DOESN'T have to happen for there to be passion and desire.  Don't get me wrong there were some steamy scenes but nothing Shades of Gray going on, because the story doesn't NEED it, that's how hot these characters are, excuse my French, but it's a total mind rhymes with duck.  I quite literally clapped my hands with glee and lol'd all day and stayed up late because I just couldn't put this book down, and wth is this book only $2.99?!  This is the next big thing, trust!  Put this on your book club list and SHARE on Facebook, because I NEVER want this series to end!  Amy A. Bartol is a talented and gifted writer; the world she creates and the characters it's all so vivid and lush and inviting, you literally NEVER want it to end.

It's almost ten and I just finished book one and plan on purchasing book two tomorrow morning. Thank you God for this one and only snow that I got to see this winter. I feel like I'm living in a snow globe. I'm happy but I must go to sleep now!!! So many books...
