Benihana's and I always dreamed I'd have a teppanaki grill in my home, it adds a sense of gravitas to your entertaining. I don't understand people who just cook to eat in order to survive, shopping with someone and going home and playing in the kitchen and cooking together and then sitting down to eat and talk about the meal is a whole "thing" I wouldn't trade for the world. I know when I have my own child I am going to get him/her involved in cooking very early on, I truly believe the kitchen is the heart of the home. I know it's
